Village sentry pet care
Because of her previous experience with media, Village Sentry Pet Care (VSPC) hired Megan to redesign their website. The original website had not been updated in nearly two years and was not proofread nor fact-checked. After going through the preexisting content of the website, Megan adjusted it accordingly. Collaborating with the owners, she later redesigned the flow and arrangement of the content, making sure to stay true to the company's vision. Now, Megan updates the website with quick edits and helps the owners with their technology and social media.
Pure Foods and Juice
This organic grocery store and restaurant, established in August 2019, had no virtual platforms or means of communications accessible to the public other than their physical location. After approaching the owner about creating these platforms for the business, he excitedly agreed. Megan created an Instagram, Facebook, and a website for him to market his business that the owner would eventually take over. Now, the owner maintains both the social media and website that Megan had created. She has also designed flyers for marketing within the local community which also served as advertisements in local newspapers.
Please note that Pure Foods and Juice is no longer a client and therefore their social media and website has not been maintained by Megan.
The Force Team 1073
Joining this FIRST® Robotics Competition (FRC) team in June 2018, Megan became apart of the Business and Strategy subgroup. In February 2019, she became the Business Lead, working under the head of her subgroup. Because her efforts and the team earning the Entrepreneurship Award at the New England District Championship (the most prestigious business award in FRC), the Business and Strategy subgroup split up, Megan was elected to become the Business VP (the highest position pertaining to business and the second highest student position on the team), and she received the Business MVP award in June 2019. She continued to run the Business subgroup where she delegated tasks to her colleagues, enforced deadlines, and created budget reviews until June 2020. Megan also renovated the team's website in early 2019, based on the original website, and frequently submitted newspaper articles about the team to local outlets including The Patch (Nashua, NH), Hollis-Brookline Journal (Hollis and Brookline, NH), The Telegraph (Nashua, NH), Union Leader (NH), and WMUR (NH).
Please note that The Force Team 1073 is no longer a client and therefore their social media and website has not been maintained by Megan.
